Since moving here to Arizona a few months ago, getting shutters on the windows to our new home has been a top priority. We got quotes from several companies including Costco and other top companies in our search engine results. Thankfully we had some great neighbors who referred us to Kevin at Shutter Envy. When requested, we will establish a complementary in-home appointment to accurately measure your windows, show you product samples and provide an immediate cost proposal. Because your time is valuable, most appointments only take 30-60 minutes.
How long does it take to receive my new window treatments and complete the installation?
Most blinds and shades can be ordered and installed within 3-5 weeks while plantation shutters typically take 7-9 weeks. Rush processing of shutters is also available and normally can be installed within 3-5 weeks.
What are my payment options?
Upon signing a purchase contract, a 50% deposit payment is required to submit the order to the factory. Personal checks, cash and Zelle payments are preferred for all payments. While all major credit cards are accepted, a 3.5% credit card processing fee is added to the payment amounts.
Can I install the shutters or blinds myself?
Absolutely! All of our products can be delivered directly to you for installation and will also qualify for an additional discount. The DIY installation will still include our professional measurement, in-home sample selection and guarantee to accurately fit your windows.
